Biden has recommended that the Houthis not be considered as a terrorist organization—a profound change, as the Houthis are Iranian proxies. Washington sees almost everything as binary: one side and the opposite. In Yemen, it's a multi-sided conflict.  Varsha sees Saudi Arabia as divided between a old guard and a new guard. Problem is that the new guard has acted in a most authoritarian manner for a few years. This administration is likely to distance itself from Saudis as it endeavors to grow closer to Iran. Saudi [exported] funding is not likely to dry up immediately. https://www.longwarjournal.org/archives/2021/02/ep-44-the-abraham-accords.php
