\nGregg Larson\u2019s background is in science and engineering. NOT the paranormal. While looking for property to use for large-scale medieval events, his real estate agent showed him a unique property \u2013 the abandoned Indiana State Sanatorium. The sanatorium grounds cover 200 acres, and the buildings on the property cover more than 120,000 square feet. He bought the sanatorium without ever even considering the possibility of paranormal activity. The sanatorium has had some very dark and tragic events happen on its grounds, and many say it\u2019s one of the most haunted places they\u2019ve ever investigated.

\nDespite his background in science and being a self-proclaimed skeptic, Gregg now has more than one paranormal property. He also owns the Historic Stark Saloon and runs Billie Creek Village, two other locations in Indiana that are said to be quite active.
