Ryan Leatherbury:
Ryan is a senior client service manager for Weston Solutions, Inc.  Ryan is Weston’s energy business team leader for the West and manages environmental engineering and consulting services for the power and oil and gas sectors from Weston’s San Antonio office. Ryan has a BS civil engineering from Rice University and has more than 22 years of environmental engineering, investigation, remediation, and compliance experience.

Anne Allen:
Anne has more than 13 years of technical experience in regulatory management and consulting, including extensive experience in all phases of the development, construction, and operation of capital projects in more than 20 states from both the operator and consultant perspectives.  Her primary focus has been in natural gas facilities, including LNG facilities regulated by the FERC, but her experience includes a broader understanding of the regulatory process for multiple industries.  Key experience includes NEPA, government/agency affairs, public outreach, construction compliance programs, and regulatory permitting and compliance.  
Of her 13 years in the industry, 11 years has been dedicated to environmental consulting to clients ranging from federal agencies to private sector operators.  Anne’s experience working as a contractor to federal agencies has led to the development of strategic agency relationships and increased insight into evolving issues especially those faced by natural gas operators regulated by the FERC.  This experience allows her to provide advisory council on the regulatory processes for integration with multi-disciplinary teams, including operator training, agency strategy, risk management, project development, and construction planning. As an operator she lead negotiations of multimillion dollar compensatory mitigation projects, development of construction and operational best management practices, presentations on behalf of government affairs, and environmental agency and public relations.
