It\u2019s very rare that someone comes to me with an idea or a project and I really think it\u2019s going to work.
Sometimes, I\u2019ll respond to a 27 or 28-year-old kid and tell them it\u2019s going to \u201cwork\u201d if they stick with it for 7 or 8 years, and they\u2019re disappointed \u2014 because they think \u201c34\u201d is old.
