How your employees feel doesn\u2019t depend on the free granola, or fancy amenities. Here\u2019s what I really think about all those goodies. It narrows down to feeling safe and letting them know they have room to grow. It\u2019s true, it really is. If your company has issues, installing a water fountain with a thousand flavors, or a beer tap isn\u2019t going to cover it up and make everything all better.
