I want you all to envision using a blow dryer to style your hair. If there\\u2019s not enough voltage hitting your dryer, it\\u2019s not going to work. However, too much voltage and sparks will fly. Believe it or not, our bodies work the same way. Every muscle is essentially a battery. Without the right amount of charge, nothing is going to work properly.
