If you're like me and started from the bottom with little to no broker relationships, this is an episode you'll find valuable.
Over the last few deals I've been a part of, I left (and in some cases I added) some brokers to my investor database.
Why would I do such a thing? They aren't looking to be an investor in my deals, are they?
No, not necessarily. The reason for this is because it shows them that I am taking ACTION. And action/ execution is what they like because that is how they get paid.
I've had those brokers reach out to me via email or a phone call because they see that I indeed am still ALIVE first of all and second, they see me as someone who is closing deals.
I don't recommend you do it for all your email blasts, just every few.
Hope you can use this tip in your investing journey.
