CTW 059: Shakti and Sheetal C’Ganti - Digging Deep and Looking for Ways Investments Don’t Work

Since 2012, Shakti and Sheetal have acquired $30m+ in real estate assets through syndication and personal investments. They are the co-founders of Ashland Greene Capital Partners.  Shakti and Sheetal embarked on their first real estate investment in 2010, a distressed condo in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Since then, they have gone on to purchase, renovate and manage several multi-family properties in Brooklyn’s “emerging” neighborhoods and achieved double-digit returns along the way.  In the past year, they have invested over 450 units as deal sponsors and limited partners. Shakti is top 1% NRT Real Estate Agents Nationwide and has been widely quoted by major publications including the Wall Street Journal and New York Times. Sheetal is a Senior Manager at a top consulting firm focusing on Innovation and has over 13-year experiences in the financial industry.
