CTW 051: Jimmy Edwards - Why Having a Strong Team is Crucial to Your Success

Jimmy is a graduate of Texas Tech University with BBA in Real Estate Finance. He started his career leasing apartments in college, and shortly after moved to Houston, TX to put his real estate license to work. Jimmy has always had a dream to be and expert resource for real estate knowledge and in 2006, he helped facilitate over $10 Million in transactions in one of Houston's Premier Luxury High Rise Living Communities. When the Market shifted in 2008, Jimmy moved to Dallas, TX and saw the opportunity to utilize his financial skills to help distressed homeowners and became a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer for the State of Texas. After closing upwards of $30 million in loans in 2011, he began to shift his focus back on real estate. With prices near all time lows, Jimmy began accumulating investment properties around the DFW metroplex. In 2012, Jimmy put his  background and experience to work, as a resource for real estate investors and home sellers. Jimmy has over 10 years of experience in real estate negotiations, and works every deal as it if were his own. Jimmy has since shifted his focus from single family home sales to multifamily, multimillion dollar deals.
