b'A surprise announcement, Monday, from the Trump administration involving the so-called Israeli settlements and a policy change that the president says is meant to, "right a historical wrong."
President Obama believed that Israeli settlements in the West Bank were illegal under international law, so his policy at the UN and in Washington was to prevent new construction. The Trump administration is now reversing that policy.
