James Maher is a street, architecture, and portrait photographer and a lifelong New Yorker. The diverse people, cultures, stories, and history of the city inspire his work.\xa0 James authored the e-books The Essentials of Street Photography and Street Photography Conversations and runs popular photography tours of New York.\xa0 \nOf James\u2019 notable work was a three-year project documenting changing neighborhoods of New York through portraits and interviews with residents for the NY Daily News.
