On the second night of protests following the police killing of an African American man in Charlotte, NC, a demonstrator was gunned down. The City of Charlotte announced that he was hit\xa0 by 'civilian' gunfire. Some members of the clergy who were witnesses to the shooting, including the Charlotte Clergy Coalition for Justice, believe that shooting may have been carried out by police, not by a 'civilian'. One of those witnesses, Linda Flynn of the Charlotte Spirituality Center, who says she was just 'feet away' from the victim, joins us to explain what she saw and her concerns about the Charlotte PD's refusal to release video of the disputed police shooting of Keith Lamont Scott. Also today: Donald Trump says he's concerned about the police shooting of the unarmed African-American man Terrence Crutcher in Tulsa, OK, but his Veep candidate Mike Pence thinks there's too much talk of 'institutional racism'.
