'BradCast' 4/19/2016: (NY voting problems, fake and real; Prison Industrial Complex budget scam in MS)
As voters head to the polls today in the New York Presidential Primary, we examine a number of reported problems, finding some of them concerning vote-flipping to be complete hoaxes, while others -- concerning voters dropped from the rolls, optical-scan tabulator breakdowns, and polls that failed to open on time -- to be quite real. Then we're joined by Huffington Post's Washington Bureau Chief Ryan Grim on the 'conservative' budget scam involving private prisons and the overall Prison Industrial Complex that is now coming back to bite small towns and counties who fell for it, and came to rely on it for revenue rather than taxes starting in the 80s and 90s. Speaking of folks who 'fell for it':\xa0 a bunch of Republican voters in a bunch of counties in one state are now calling for seceding from the Union! Sounds good to us!...
