'BradCast' 3/2/2020: (Super Tuesday voting probs in L.A. after Biden's SC revival)

On today's 'BradCast':\xa0\xa0 Former Vice President Joe Biden's huge reported victory in the South Carolina Democratic presidential primary has helped reshuffle the 2020 Democratic race. Billionaire Tom Steyer, former South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg and Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar have dropped out --\xa0 unfortunately for their supporters in 14 Super Tuesday states who made the mistake of voting early (despite our weeks and months of warning otherwise) for candidates now no longer in the race. In California, major problems have been reported with Los Angeles County's costly new, unverifiable touchscreen voting systems. We open the phones to callers today (as we will again tomorrow) to hear about their early voting experiences, problems and concerns, and to answer questions about the new, frequently unverifiable voting systems now in use in Los Angeles that are spreading across the country. Also today:\xa0 The death toll from the Coronavirus in the U.S. has now risen to 6 people.\xa0 A federal court tossed out House Democrats' lawsuit attempting to force former Trump White House counsel Don McGahn to respond to a lawful Congressional subpoena to testify. A federal court blocked Trump's "wait in Mexico" policy for immigrants seeking asylum, then a federal appeals court unblocked it moments later. Trump nominates loyalist Rep. John Ratcliffe (R-TX) for a second time to become Director of National Intelligence, despite Ratcliffe's egregious lack of experience. Trump Administration signed a deal with the Taliban to remove all U.S. troops from Afghanistan in America's longest war, but Rep. Barbara Lee (D-CA) says that Trump's "so-called 'peace deal' is anything but" and will leave thousands of U.S. troops in place.
