You may be able to tell by now that I am a big fan of the recent focus on rustic, Belgian-inspired ales being brewed here in the States. One new brewery garnering a lot of attention for their use of Brettanomyces and barrel-fermentation is Side Project Brewing. Today we've the got the pleasure of trying two of their saisons, Du Ble and Fermier.
