Today on the show we have Bud Abraham - Bud\xa0Holds a BA and MA in Political Science & History, he
Taught Jr. College for 4 years before entering the business world.
In 1969 went to work for Hanna Car Wash Systems, the largest car wash equipment company in the world, at that time.
Served in many capacities of marketing, advertising and sales. \xa0His last position with the company was Director of International Marketing & Sales
Bud, Left the company to start an Export Marketing Company helping US companies sell their products overseas.
During that time he became involved with Car Care Corporation of Phoenix, Arizona who was in the early stages of developing the DETAIL PLUS concept of a high-tech, first class retail detail centre. \xa0He immediately saw the potential of the concept and jumped in to help the company establish and develop the concept. \xa0Part of that commitment was building two DETAIL PLUS Centers in Portland, Oregon while selling and marketing the DETAIL PLUS concept to international markets.
In 1986 Car Care Corporation went out of business to pursue the development of automatic car wash/detail centres and at that time he took over the company under the name of DETAIL PLUS Car Appearance Systems, marketing the concept to both the domestic and international markets.
Within a few short years he became a leader in the promotion of auto detailing as a legitimate retail business.
He was the founder of the Professional Detailing Association in 1989 and served as it's first executive director.
He later, help to found the current International Detailing Association in 2006 and also served as it's first executive director.
Today he serves as president of DETAIL PLUS Car Appearance Systems, is an active member of the International Detailing Association, has served on the Boards of the International Carwash Association and the Western Carwash Association; writes articles on detailing in several trade journals, conducts detailing seminars and consults worldwide on auto detailing.

He is married, has 4 daughters and enjoys NBA basketball.
