Episode 85: Making lighting design human centric
In this episode we explore the world of lighting design in buildings approached from a human centric perspective.\xa0 Our guest Landon Bannister, who has over 20 years experience in lighting design, provides insights into how existing lighting standards don\u2019t match our current environments and how lighting design can be approached in a way that considers the humans using the space.\xa0 This new field builds on studies from the early 2000\u2019s showing the effect that lighting can have.\xa0 Examples of lighting design are discussed including the outcomes of a change in lighting design in a classroom.
