Stress can show up in lots of different ways and forms, and procrastination can be the cause of a lot of stress. Putting things off until the last minute, missing important deadlines because you waited too long to start on something for work--these are the varying ways that procrastination can cause problems for people that lead to stress.

In this episode of "Teachers in Transition," Kitty offers a resource that listeners might find helpful in dealing with procrastination as a cause of stress.
