My favorite start to any Take Nothing When I Die Episode is when I have been speaking to my guest for 30 minutes and we haven't even begun recording!
\nIn today's episode, I spoke with Imani Maxberry (They/Them). Finding a love for the outdoors as a child, they are currently pursuing an M.S. in Urban Studies with a concentration in Urban Sustainability at Georgia State. They also hold a B.S. in Coastal Environmental Science from LSU, and have 4 years of experience working in a nationally-recognized biological analytical science laboratory under Dr. Victor H Rivera-Monroy. Since their return, Imani has implemented several environmental initiatives, community conversations and orchestrated multiple community service events, including community clean-ups and supply drives.
