Today's episode features Dr Cassandra Brooks! She's a professor at CU Boulder, and has a background full of Antarctica, marine science, policy, and marine protection. She's studied deep sea toothfishes in the Southern Ocean, was an integral part of the Last Ocean campaign, is science faculty for the Homeward Bound that I'm a member of, and also is a part of the CCAMLR program for Antarctica protections and we talk about all of this so enjoy! And Happy Antarctica Day \U0001f1e6\U0001f1f6, which is today the 1st of December.
