#42 - Gina Kent: Swallow-tailed Kite Research with ARCI

Published: July 24, 2020, 10 a.m.

Gina Kent is a biologist with the Avian Research and Conservation Institute, based in Gainesville, Florida. ARCI is known for their Swallow-tailed Kite (aka STKI) research, but also study other species such as Reddish Egrets and Black Rails, which you'll hear about in this episode. Swallow-tailed Kites are not so secretly my absolute favorite species and this conversation with Gina all about STKI is really a highlight for me in my podcast series so far. Enjoy!! \n\n- - Check out Twitter at Rachel Villani (@flyingcypress) or on Facebook at Storytellers of STEMM for more info! Recorded on 17 July 2020.
