A dramatist of the highest order, Glasworthy took up pressing social issues in his plays some of which include\xa0The Silver Box\xa0(1906),\xa0Strife\xa0(1909),\xa0\xa0Justice\xa0(1910) and\xa0Loyalties\xa0(1922).\xa0Justice\xa0was by far his most important play whose influence can be gauged by the fact that it lead to a Prison Reform in England.\n\nGlasworthy won the 1932 Nobel Prize in Literature. He died on 31st January 1933.
