Van Dieman are one of the OG's of the Tasmanian brewing scene, but in the spirit of continually developing and learning they have become part of a new wave of farm house and spontaneous brewers in Australia. \n\nIt's hard not to be caught up in the romance of a ground to glass brewery and the notion of growing grains for estate malting, picking hops fresh from the farm and creating spontaneous ales using a koelschip amongst the rolling hills of Evandale.
