For centuries, Vikings have been eating skyr, a thick, creamy yogurt as a source of energy to defeat their opponents and survive in some of the harshest climates known to man. Skyr is full of protein, flavor, and tradition. This is why the world\u2019s strongest man, Hafthor Bjornsson, and Terry Crews both eat it to supplement their workout regiments.
