Both\xa0Honour\xa0and\xa0Rapture\xa0won the Victorian Premier\u2019s Literary Award for Best Play. \xa0

Joanna has also adapted\xa0Hedda Gabler\xa0(for the State Theatre Company of South Australia) and Ingmar Bergman\u2019s\xa0Scenes from a Marriage\xa0for Sir Trevor Nunn (Coventry/London).\xa0

Her adaptation of Chekhov\u2019s\xa0Uncle Vanya\xa0will be seen at the Ensemble Theatre in Sydney next year; as will\xa0Switzerland. While a tour of her extraordinary examination of our female Prime. Minister,\xa0Julia\xa0will play in Melbourne, Adelaide and a return Sydney season.
