Anthony Yangoyan was born in Sydney, where he grew up in Sydney\u2019s inner west. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from The Victorian College of the Arts.\xa0

In 2019, Anthony co-wrote and performed in a new work titled \u2018Tiger Cage\u2019 at The Victorian College of the Arts student run Discord 879 Festival.

\n

Anthony aims to create work that promotes both inclusion and diversity amongst the acting industry and is passionate about working with fellow creatives to communicate meaningful and intricate stories.

\n

Over the course of his career, Anthony has played a part in multiple productions including: for Griffin:\xa0Dogged\xa0(for which he was nominated for a Sydney Theatre Award) and an acclaimed performance in\xa0Jailbaby;\xa0for Sydney Theatre Company/STCSA:\xa0The Dictionary of Lost Words; for ATYP:\xa0A Clockwork Orange; for Red Line Productions/Critical Stages:\xa0King of Pigs.\xa0Anthony\xa0has also featured in\xa0Play in a Day\xa0for Bell Shakespeare.\xa0
Other stage credits include: for Company Clan:\xa0The Shape of Things; and for VCA:\xa0A View from the Bridge,\xa0The Cherry Orchard,\xa0The Comedy of Errors,\xa0Doctor Faustus,\xa0Mad Forest.\xa0
Anthony also worked on the original web series\xa0Frank\u2019s Patch\xa0where he played the lead role of Frank.\xa0
