Seta Utan is a level three necromancy spell with a minute casting time, a range of ten feet, and a duration of one day. This spell requires a drop of living blood, which will be consumed during the spell, and it may only be cast on a target once as subsequent attempts will result in unreliable results.
This spell allows you to animate a dead creature with only enough brain function to walk, and even then, at a very slow pace. Also, this spell only really works on a creature who has recently expired due to quickly deteriorating muscles and brain.
Seta Utan is a spell with a far eastern origin where pack animals were vital to the local economy. Should an animal die on a long journey, the goods it carried would have to be left behind. With the discovery of this spell, a driver would be able to at least get to the next village where a suitable replacement could be purchased.
Federal law prohibits this spell to be cast upon humans and there are currently twelve states including Texas and Ohio that ban all spells of this class. Be sure to check local regulations before casting.
