The world is buzzing with conspiracy theories. Some of them plausible, others just plain whacky. Millions believe in them, including the President of the United States. We\u2019ve uncovered a new one which suggests that everything we know about clock time and the calendar we live by is designed to control us. And it involves members of the 18th century \u2018deep state\u2019, and the setting of the Prime Meridian in Greenwich, London in 1884 \u2013 presided over by President Chester A, Arthur (who only assumed office after his predecessor was assassinated).
