Dip the rim of a rocks glass in the pineapple juice, followed by the Tajin to coat the rim.\\nPour ice into the glass, then pour the pineapple mixture over the ice. Top off with ginger beer.\\nIf desired, garnish with a small wedge of pineapple and a chili pepper (or a few slices of jalapeno).'
