What a great time of year.\xa0 A time of change and a time of giving.\xa0 Marc focused on some of those\xa0changes, starting with the shift from shorter days to longer days.\xa0 For him, a welcome emotional change.\xa0 As the new year approaches, Marc also talked about getting back his Avgeek swagger.\xa0 Something that has diminished due to less flying in 2015.\xa0 With visions of more hours in 2016, he hopes all of you will join him in that goal.
\nA big change is on the horizon with the government seemingly on our side, with the Senate providing the next version of the Pilot Bill of Rights, including 3rd class medical reform.\xa0 How cool would it be to know you have already had your last AME exam, and only need to stay healthy and have your personal physician approve you for flight every 4 years, and every two years, for you to take a free on-line course regarding Aeromedical Factors in flight.\xa0 Well that's what's about to happen, if the house and the president follow the Senate's path.\xa0 Is that good or bad?\xa0 We heard what Marc thinks.... how about you?\xa0 Send your comments via the Simpleflight.net web site.
