We are back with Brian McGillivray, Facility Director for the Monmouth County Office of the New Jersey Reentry program. Today, he’s discussing the cost of supervising a probationer versus the cost of incarcerating an individual in jail, as well as what part does the Department of Family Services play along with New jersey Reentry.
