I couldn\u2019t help but dig into something I\u2019ve been working on in live time: TRIGGERS.\xa0\xa0\nIt seems everybody is talking about their triggers these days - to the point that it\u2019s almost cliche.\xa0In fact, the term is used so loosely that it can be insulting to folks who have experienced serious trauma and have triggers that deeply impact their ability to show up and function in the world.\xa0\xa0\nI\u2019ve made no secret about my PTSD diagnosis.
