I got a lot of feedback from episode 3 when we talked about \u201chaving bad days with food\u201d. There is no such thing! What you eat does not define who you are or what kind of person you are. I am going to give you some tips and tools to fight back against those sugar cravings! A lot of people believe that they eat lots of sugar because they have no willpower. This is wrong! It is not about willpower.
