I recently received an email from Shameless Mom Marie.\xa0It was the exact email I needed at exactly the time I needed it \u2013 because if you are always on the lookout for well timed events, you\u2019ll find they tend to happen all the time \u263a.\n\xa0\nMarie shared with me her journey of infertility and the crossroads she is currently at.\xa0All of her thoughts mirrored thoughts I\u2019ve had over the last year.\xa0It was pretty amazing to read her words and feel like we have been sharing a brain!\xa0\n\xa0\nIf IVF had worked for us last summer, we would likely be due to have a baby right about now.\xa0I\u2019ve been thinking about that a lot lately.\xa0But I\u2019m not thinking about it more than normal \u2013 because I have thought about our IVF experience and our infertility situation on one level or another everyday for the last year.\n\xa0\nActually, I\u2019ve thought about my fertility every day for the last 7 years \u2013 when we first started trying to get pregnant the first time.\xa0\n\xa0\nWOW.\xa0\n\xa0\n7 years is a long time to thing about something every single day.\xa0That\u2019s 2,555 days.\xa0Perhaps I need a new hobby\u2026.\n\xa0\nI wanted to take this episode to reply to the email Marie sent me and share with you where I\u2019m at today \u2013 a year after failed IVF \u2013 at the time of my once potential due date.\xa0\n\xa0\nThank you for listening.\xa0It means a lot to me to be able to share here.\xa0And I am sending ALL THE LOVE to the mamas out there who can relate first hand to my story on any level.
