Maybe you have had a day or two of these? Especially since having a child my anxiety can be through the roof. It can be because of what I have on my to do list and sometimes it\u2019s just a bunch of random things and I\u2019m having a hard time managing it. So I\u2019m going to talk about my nervousness and anxiety and what has helped to turn around my day. Let\u2019s face it we have to get things done and it\u2019s so much easier to get things done if you are feeling positive and optimistic. So here are three tips that I want you to use to help turn around any tough day that comes your way.\n\nOn today\u2019s episode we will talk about:\n\n\nIf I\u2019m being honest I have probably been dealing with anxiety my whole life\n\nSometimes being in a positive place is not easy for me\u2014I just want to have wine, chocolate and The Real Housewives\u2014Yes I said it The Real Housewives\n\nTip number 1: create space\u2014this might mean going for a walk, listening to music, listening to podcasts\n\nHead space app- meditation: I am a pretty sucky meditator but this could be a way to clear your mind to be creative\n\nExercise of course can relieve stress or anxiety and help reframe your day\n\nTip number 2: finding another focus\u2014dive into a project that will channel that energy to be creative, call your mom, help someone else\n\nGet out of the physical location that you are having your break down at\n\nEscape\u2014take a bath, watch tv\n\nTip number 3: talk it through\u2014it\u2019s amazing how much talking to someone about a problem can help you work through it\n\nWrite it out if you don\u2019t have someone to talk to\n\n\n\nLearn more about your ad choices.
