People can just log onto the internet anytime and shop for a home!\n\n\nHaving a subdivision helped kick start Yvonne\u2019s business.\n\n\nHowever, their key source of business is relationships!\n\n\nBecause they lived and worked in California so long, they still have relationships and are still making sales!\n\n\nThat means that Yvonna and her husband hired a person to be there on the ground, and they provide the leads and split the commission.\n\n\nBe honest with your clients!
