Now more than ever it\\u2019s important to monitor what you absorb. From a productivity standpoint, what could you get done if you weren\\u2019t binge-watching Netflix? When times are tense, as they are now, it can be really easy to get caught up in the conflicts.

So you have a choice. You can fall down a rabbit hole of negativity, or you can stay positive. You don\\u2019t get an award for suffering. And some would argue that by staying positive you keep your resolve and morale up to keep going. That\\u2019s why on this episode we discuss:
