Greetings, Summit Leaders.
I am encouraged and grateful to be associated with leaders that exhibit endurance.
Leaders who influence us possess endurance. Do not grow weary in doing good. You will receive a reward if you do not give up.
Endurance requires that we lay aside anything that hinders us on our journey.
Today, I listened to three Summit Leaders sharing experiences requiring perseverance.
Two are runners and one a rock climber. The three words that unified their experiences were commitment, perseverance, and desire.
Commitment produces dedication. Then we become single-minded and determined to move forward in spite of challenges.
