If you are 65 or over, you may be considering signing up for Medicare. Medicare is federal health insurance for people aged 65 or older. However, younger people can also qualify for Medicare such as those with disabilities or end-stage renal disease.
Although a lot of people transition to Medicare when they turn 65, there\u2019s a surprising lack of general knowledge and insight into the federal health insurance program.
We wanted to find out more about Medicare from someone who knows exactly how it works, what it covers, and who is eligible for it.
