Over his career he achieved success with CACI, Bendix, Martin Marietta, Litton Industries, Hughes Aircraft, and Shipley. He twice served as CEO for the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and is an APMP-certified proposal professional (APMP CPP) as well as an APMP Fellow. He has been honored with APMP\u2019s highest service award, the William C. McCrae Memorial Award. Eric also received CACI\u2019s top honor for service excellence, the Admiral Thomas H. Moore Award.\xa0
