Today\u2019s Guest is Kathryn Potter and we will dive deep on Bid Content Library and Developing content using feedback from submission.\xa0
Why it's important to ask for feedback, what to do with the feedback and how to incorporate that into your ongoing continuous improvement process.\xa0
Before we get in, a short bio
Kathryn is a content geek who believes in the value of reusable content to streamline the bid response process. She is convinced that all content can be made reusable on some level and that you don't need to have fancy systems to make it work - it's more about process and engagement and leveraging what you have already. She's been involved in bids and proposals since 2004 and has been a proposal coordinator, bid manager, freelancer and consultant at various points in her career. Outside of work she enjoys getting involved in all sorts of outdoor adventures with her husband, daughters and the dog!
