Howard was one of APMP's 28 founding members, developed its original strategic plan, is the recipient of APMP Founders and Vision awards and continues as an APMP Fellow. He leads development of the Capability Maturity Model\xae for Business Development and was a former Senior VP of Consulting for Shipley Associates.
