Physicists are remarkably frank: they don\u2019t know what dark matter is made of. \u201cWe\u2019re all scratching our heads,\u201d says physicist Reina Maruyama of Yale University. \u201cThe gut feeling is that 80 percent of it is one thing, and 20 percent of it is something else,\u201d says physicist Gray Rybka of the University of Washington.
