So today I interviewed Sam Spoors, who is the Founder and Managing Director of Talentheads. They serve as an internal recruitment team for growing businesses, and we have a great discussion around recruitment, all of the things we need to be thinking about now in recruitment, how things have changed and some of Sam\u2019s thoughts around the recruitment side of things.\xa0
