Sibling Gin is a full distillery that makes craft gin for the luxury market and they are based in Cheltenham. They started 9 years ago and they\u2019ve already grown into a tight little team of 10 passionate people.

It was so interesting hearing Cicely\u2019s story about how she and her brother & sisters started Sibling Gin when she was 18 years old as they did not want to work for other people.\xa0

\xa0- Growing up with parents who own business gives you a background to build success on.
\xa0- Marketing in the early years is about asking question of your clients to find new selling opportunities\xa0
\xa0- Recruiting staff for the manual work required, allows you to see where they can fit into your growing organization. You then get joy as you see them grow with your growing business.

What I love about this conversation with Cicely is how no one else was doing the full Gin distillery when they started and so has allowed them to develop their own niche in their marketplace. They have done this through their own investment and lots of testing different ideas out themselves until they found the key ones that were successful for them. They are still developing the next step even today.
