Episode #248 - Bringing Your Passion To The Customer Will Keep Them Loyal - with Thomas Hardy
One of the things that I really enjoy about the guests I interview on ScaleUp Radio is hearing about their backstories and what has brought them to the point of setting up their business as well as then the journey that they've been on since and some of the ups and downs that we all face.
Today, I interview Thomas Hardy, who set up Twelfth City Cyclery and the passion that Tom has for essentially his clear core purpose or mission, which is to get more people out and about and enjoying cycling. That's what he's about and Tom has built a business, putting together a range of services to really help achieve that.\xa0
I want you to listen out for his backstory as to how he's really benefited from bringing together a background in engineering, in hospitality, in sports coaching and international experience across several countries including the States, Canada, and also Norway.\xa0

Tom is based in a beautiful part of the world literally a stone's throw away from Hadrian's Wall up in Northumberland, and he delayed going out to support an event in the forest up there to record this interview with me.\xa0
