Here is a scare story for you! \xa0What do you do when a tenant who is a mother slaps a piece of paper on your desk and says \u201cWe have problem!\u201d?. I say \u201cyes we do, you haven\u2019t paid your rent!\u201d I pick up the piece of paper and it states that her child has massive traces of lead in her daughter's bloodstream. Boo or OH Sh$t!
