A good leader is someone that executes a vision, listens, coaches, is resilient and motivated. A good leader can literally make or break the success of his or her team. Why? Communication! As a leader, your job is to be able to communicate the vision of your company and inspire those around you to reach for greatness. If you can\u2019t do that, what are you bringing to the table?
