My first response to working in sales was negative. I did not want to be that salesperson.

\xa0It took a lot of research and coaching to realise that just because I was purpose drive and had values that they did not need to get in the way.

As long as we see sales and the process as an act of service, where our prospects feel respected and values. Then that should align with your purpose.
