Social supermarket to give those in need shopping experience
The Wellington City Mission has partnered with New World to create a social supermarket where those in need of help can now come and choose their own groceries, rather than being given a food parcel. This is in an effort to give those who visit the Mission a greater sense of normality and dignity. Visual journalist Samuel Rillstone went to check it out.
